What are some of your main goals within the game over the next 5 years?
I want to play Jr. A hockey and then I want to play NCAA Division 1 hockey.
Why are these your goals? Why are they important to you? What would it mean to achieve them?
These are my goals because they are goals because they are steps of my process of reaching my main goal which is to play professional hockey. They are important because they develop me into a great player and person. It would mean the world to me to achieve them and it would mean my parents would not have to pay for my hockey anymore.
What separates you as a player and person? What are some areas requiring work? How do you continue to get better?
What separates me is my character and work ethic, I will work like no one else to improve my game. Areas requiring work are my skating/ edge work and playing the puck. I continue to get better by working on my game constantly and all areas of it,
What do you bring to any team you play for? What could a coach expect from you if they selected you for their roster?
I would bring a competitive presence and someone who would do anything for my team to succeed. A coach could expect a great personality, compete, dedication, coach-ability, and confident goalie and person.
What impact are you looking to have in your sports career? (Community, team, success, etc)
I am looking to make an impact as a person and player on every team and community I am involved in. I want to make a positive lasting impact.
What do you believe separates the best players in the world? What attributes/intangibles define them?
Relentless work ethic and desire to always get better. Respect for the sports and love for the game and process. Determination, always working, good mentality and perseverance on and off the ice.
Favorite thing about the game (on or off ice)?
My favourite things about the game are the culture on and off the ice, the way it helps me grow to become a good person, and how great it is to play something you love competitively and the great feelings that come with it.
