What are some of your main goals within the game over the next 5 years?
- Play college/university hockey.
- Play junior hockey.
- Be known as a character player on and off the ice.
- Get bigger and stronger.
- Have a stand-out work ethic.
- Be a team leader with or without a letter.
Why are these your goals? Why are they important to you? What would it mean to achieve them?
I want to create an identity for myself and become the player I want to be. These would be big steps in the pursuit of high level hockey. It would then be time for new goals.
What separates you as a player and person? What are some areas requiring work? How do you continue to get better?
I always have a smile on my face and the amount I love the game is hard to match. Always a positive attitude. I need to keep learning from great leaders how to lead and increase my body strength. I will continue to stay motivated and work hard on and off the ice.
What do you bring to any team you play for? What could a coach expect from you if they selected you for their roster?
I bring a positive attitude, i’m very coachable and a Outgoing team member. A coach can expect a hard worker with a positive attitude, leadership abilities and overall commitment to the team.
What impact are you looking to have in your sports career? (Community, team, success, etc)
I want to be a good example for younger kids. Be a big part of winning teams and be known as a proven leader on and off the ice.
What do you believe separates the best players in the world? What attributes/intangibles define them?
What separates them is their vision on the ice, work ethic and character. They also all have high skill level, motivation to be the best and the abilty to be a leader and a good person.
Favorite thing about the game (on or off ice)?
The atmosphere that hockey provides and the energy level that comes with it. The dreams hockey creates. How fast pace the game is and it is just the best game in the world.
