What are some of your main goals within the game over the next 5 years?
My goal for the upcoming years is play college hockey and recieve a great education, as it will really set me up for later in my life and would prove that I can push myself to the highest degree.
Why are these your goals? Why are they important to you? What would it mean to achieve them?
These goals would showcase and suffice for the years that I have commited to this sport, and awards me with a huge accomplishment that can then help with my education and for the future.
What separates you as a player and person? What are some areas requiring work? How do you continue to get better?
I believe that I am a very selfless and sportmanslike player on the ice and that also reflects to how I am off the ice. I believe that I can work on continuing my growth in multitasking my various skills because I believe that it is a critical part of not only the game, but of life.
What do you bring to any team you play for? What could a coach expect from you if they selected you for their roster?
For any team I play for, I give my maximum effort to help the wellbeing of the team, to show positivity on the ice and off, as well as to enchance the team bondings on and off the ice. I believe that I am a great leader and can provide for teams like I have done in the past. I have a strong shell when it come to accepting critique and outcomes.
What impact are you looking to have in your sports career? (Community, team, success, etc)
I am wanting to create an impact that will be long-lasting, showcasing that determination, leadership, and hard work evidently pays off. “A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor”.
What do you believe separates the best players in the world? What attributes/intangibles define them?
I believe a person’s characteristics, how they carry themselves, habits, tenacity, pastime activities, and relationships influence how a person is defined by others as well as how they act on/off the ice. The most important qualities to me are selflessness, courage, precision, tenacity, determination, and respectfulness.
Favorite thing about the game (on or off ice)?
I love the precision and the split second decision making of the game.
