What are some of your main goals within the game over the next 5 years?
I want to compete at Centennial Cup, 30 goals each of the next two seasons and I want to play college hockey.
Why are these your goals? Why are they important to you? What would it mean to achieve them?
Success will help me gain exposure and consistent Production will help me get to the next level and contribute to my team. I would love to get my education while playing hockey at the next level.
What separates you as a player and person? What are some areas requiring work? How do you continue to get better?
Having gone through a lot of adversity, my mental toughness, drive, and dedication are all things that I think helps me stand out. Definitely areas that still require growth by working off ice with a mental skills coach to hone in on all the little details to make myself better.
What do you bring to any team you play for? What could a coach expect from you if they selected you for their roster?
I bring consistent commitment on and off the ice, leadership within the room and community, ability. My ability to maintain composure and keep level headed and my drive for both team and personal success. Also helping others get better.
What impact are you looking to have in your sports career? (Community, team, success, etc)
I am looking to bring pride to my family and friends, while also making connections that last a lifetime. I want to help the communities and families that have helped me to this point and I have been apart of.
What do you believe separates the best players in the world? What attributes/intangibles define them?
Really just the intangibles separate them. Dialling in on sleep, nutrition, mental game, and just the willingness to put in more work than anyone else around them.
Favorite thing about the game (on or off ice)?
On ice my favourite is just my favourite place to be, as it helps me disconnect from everything else going on. Off the ice forming friendships through the competition and just being with the boys day in and day out.
