What are some of your main goals within the game over the next 5 years?
My main goals over the next 5 years of hockey are to progress to being of the top goalies in the acha league while counting to finish my college hockey career.
Why are these your goals? Why are they important to you? What would it mean to achieve them?
These are important to me because I want to continue to grow as a hockey player and be the best or one of the best goalies in the league.
What separates you as a player and person? What are some areas requiring work? How do you continue to get better?
I think areas that separate me as a goaltender is my lucky playing ability as well as my ability to always be calm in the net and slow down the play. I could work on power and making sure that I don’t lose to much depth in the net. I continue to get better by practicing the little details and making sure that they are correct before moving on to bigger ideas.
What do you bring to any team you play for? What could a coach expect from you if they selected you for their roster?
The coach can expect me to bring a calm style of play that allows the team to feel more relaxed on the ice. This is what I bring to the team as well as making the saves I need to make and saves that can change the tide of a game.
What impact are you looking to have in your sports career? (Community, team, success, etc)
I would like to have my hockey career continue to grow but most importantly have it, guild, me through my education and university degree.
What do you believe separates the best players in the world? What attributes/intangibles define them?
The best in the world are separated by skating ability and their attention to detail but most importantly they have the highest hockey IQ.
Favorite thing about the game (on or off ice)?
My favourite thing about the game is having a group of guys that turn into a family who you see every day.
