What are some of your main goals within the game over the next 5 years?
To become Bigger and Stronger and play in the AJHL to ultimately obtain a scholarship to the NCAA.
Why are these your goals? Why are they important to you? What would it mean to achieve them?
If I achieve these goals, then I can say that I accomplished my dreams as a small child and will be proud of myself.
What separates you as a player and person? What are some areas requiring work? How do you continue to get better?
I am a gritty player on the ice and will not let anyone past me. I am physical yet very humble. I want to get bigger and stronger thus I put in extra effort by staying later at practice and putting in extra time at the gym and in the kitchen.
What do you bring to any team you play for? What could a coach expect from you if they selected you for their roster?
Leadership! I bring fun energy on and off the ice which people seem to gravitate towards. They can expect a confident reliable shutdown defenseman who does their job consistently.
What impact are you looking to have in your sports career? (Community, team, success, etc)
I want a positive impact wherever I go. I want to contribute to not only my success but the success of my team, teammates, friends, community, and people that I may have just met.
What do you believe separates the best players in the world? What attributes/intangibles define them?
Their abilities. They are good but they work for it. The effort you put in can dictate the success you receive. Even the best has to practice continually and study hard.
Favorite thing about the game (on or off ice)?
The atmosphere. I love meeting people whether that be teammates, Coaches, Scouts, or fans. I love how much fun it is. I love putting in the work to see how far I have come. I also like Pizza.
